The hinge rotating steel dam is advantaged in that problems that an existing steel dam is large in lifting difficulty and high in operation cost are solved, the service life of a hydraulic cylinder in the steel dam is prolonged, operation cost of the steel dam is reduced, and stability of the steel dam is improved.
