Slurry laying mechanism
The invention discloses a slurry laying mechanism. The slurry laying mechanism comprises a laying device and a moving device, wherein a box body, a chassis, a driving device and a steering device are arranged on the moving device; and the laying device comprises an automatic leveling liftable push plate, an exhaust roller and a dust collection device which are arranged below the chassis, a turnover liftable ground cleaning device which is arranged on the chassis, and a stirring device in the box body. According to the slurry laying mechanism provided by the invention, the reversible and liftable ground cleaning device is used for cleaning large particles on the to-be-laid ground, and meanwhile, the dust collection device is used for collecting sundries, so cleanness of the to-be-laid ground is ensured; the automatic leveling liftable push plate improves planeness of the laid slurry and uniformly lays the slurry flowing out of a discharge port on the ground to be laid at the same time, so effects of ensuring cleanness of the working site by using the automation technology, improving planeness of the laid slurry and prolonging the service life of the laid slurry are achieved.
本发明公布了一种浆料铺设机构，所述浆料铺设机构包括铺设装置、移动装置。移动装置上设置有箱体、底盘、驱动装置、转向装置；铺设装置，包括安装在底盘下面的自动调平可升降推板和排气滚轮、吸尘装置，安装在底盘上面的可翻转可升降地面清扫装置，箱体内的搅拌装置。本发明提供的浆料铺设机构，可翻转可升降地面清扫装置清理待铺设地面上的大颗粒，同时由吸尘装置收集杂物，保证待铺设地面的清洁；自动调平可升降推板在提高已铺设浆料平面度的同时，将通过出料口流出的浆料均匀铺设到待铺设地面上，实现了利用自动化技术保证作业现场清洁、提高已铺设浆料的平面度和使用寿命的效果。
