The anchor rod supporting device comprises a rod body (1), resistance increasing devices, a sleeve (2) and a rotating rod (3), wherein one end of the rod body (1) is connected with the bottom of the sleeve (2), the other end of the rod body (1) is connected with the rotating rod (3), the resistance increasing devices are arranged on the rod body (1), each resistance increasing device comprises a spring (11) and a protrusion (12), one end of each spring (11) abuts against the rod body (1), and the other end of each spring (11) abuts against the corresponding protrusion (12); a pressure sensor (22) is arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve (2), and water permeable holes (21) are formed in the surface of the sleeve (2), wherein the number of the water permeable holes is not smaller than that of the resistance increasing devices.
