The invention relates to a grouting reinforcement method suitable for a sandy soil stratum. The grouting reinforcement method comprises the following construction steps of hole site fixing, drilling machine hole forming, slurry stirring, small-pressure grouting (splitting and percolation), large-pressure grouting, grouting pipe lifting and pulling and grouting to the designed depth. The grout injected in the small-pressure grouting process is used for splitting and percolating a sandy soil stratum within a certain range around a grout outlet hole of the drill rod; after the grout in the small-pressure grouting body is solidified, a percolation body is formed and the splitting channel is blocked, the drill rod retreats to the section, high-pressure grouting is carried out, the injected grout further permeates and fills the sandy soil in the small-pressure grouting body, a dense grouting sandy soil condensation body is formed, and the multiple continuous sandy soil condensation bodies form the reinforced water stop pile body. Most grout injected twice is reserved in a small influence radius, materials are saved, and a formed pile body is more compact, higher in strength and compactness and better in water stopping performance.
