The invention discloses a foundation pit construction method with a turnover steel support. The method comprises the following steps of S1, dividing a foundation pit construction area into a plurality of sections along the length direction of a foundation pit, determining the insertion range of a vertical support structure in each section of the foundation pit construction area according to the length and width of the foundation pit, and drilling a mounting hole in the insertion area, steel sheet piles being inserted into the mounting holes; and S2, an inserting and driving device being used for conducting vertical supporting structure construction on each section of foundation pit construction area section by section.
