After the corrugated pipe is installed, the pipe bottom and the concrete cushion layer are blocked through waterproof mortar; a field area horizontal drainage pipe is communicated with the side wall of the water collecting well corrugated pipe; the foundation pit on the outer side of the corrugated pipe is backfilled with plain soil, concrete is poured outside the pipe after backfilling, and the concrete outside the pipe and the temporary road of the field area are poured together; the grate of the water collecting well is formed by processing waste steel bars and templates, and the periphery of the grate is enclosed by a wire mesh. 本发明涉及一种施工现场可周转简易收水井,属于建筑施工领域。其技术方案是,采用大直径波纹管做为井壁,用废旧钢筋和木模板加工预制成篦子来覆盖井口;将设置收水井的位置开挖出1.2m×1.2m×1.1m的基坑,基坑开挖后将基坑底平整好,用C20素混凝土浇筑垫层,垫层厚度50mm;所述波纹管选用HDPE双壁大口径波纹管,直径800mm,高度1.05m,安装在素混凝土垫层之上,上口与场区临时路高度一致。安装波纹管后,将管底与混凝土垫层用防水砂浆封堵;将场区水平向排水管与收水井波纹管侧壁连通;将波纹管管外侧基坑用素土进行回填,回填后管外浇筑混凝土,管外混凝土与场区临时道路一起浇筑;收水井篦子用废旧钢筋和模板加工而成,篦子四周用铁丝网围护。本发明的收水井施工方便,标准统一,可批量加工制作,达到标准化要求;收水井可重复周转使用,所用材料取材是废旧钢筋、木模板和波纹管剩余管头,整个结构材料全部为剩余零星材料二次利用,节能环保,符合绿色施工节材的要求。
