The invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete n-shaped component and a building structure thereof. The prefabricated reinforced concrete n-shaped component comprises the prefabricated reinforced concrete n-shaped component and a connecting element, wherein the n-shaped component comprises a first wall plate, a second wall plate and a floor plate, and the first wall plate and the second wall plate are connected with the floor plate to form a vertically-placed structure with an n-shaped vertical face; door and window holes can be reserved in the first wall plate and the second wall plate according to use requirements; the first wall plate and the second wall plate have the whole layer height; when any section of the first wallboard and any section of the second wallboard are designed to be a building outer wall, the outer side of the first wallboard and the outer side of the second wallboard can be compounded into a heat preservation and decoration integrated outer wall; after the n-shaped component and the connecting element are assembled, concrete is poured in a cavity between the wall bodies, and a concrete overlapping layer is poured above a floor slab to be fixedly connected to form a building structure based on the n-shaped component.
