The invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped component and a building structure thereof. The prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped component comprises the prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped component and a connecting element. The U-shaped component comprises a first wing wall, a second wing wall and an end wall; the first wing wall and the second wing wall are respectively connected with the end wall to form a horizontally placed structure with a U-shaped plane; door and window holes can be reserved in the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall according to use requirements; the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall are all of the whole layer height. If any section of the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall is designed to be a building outer wall, a heat preservation and decoration integrated outer wall can be compounded on the outer side. After the U-shaped component and the connecting element are assembled, concrete poured in a cavity between the wall bodies is fixedly connected to form a building structure based on the U-shaped component.
