The invention discloses a low-noise wood-plastic floor and a preparation method thereof. The low-noise wood-plastic floor is mainly composed of an upper plate and a lower plate, sound-absorbing cotton is clamped and fixed between the upper plate and the lower plate, a sealing movable plate is fixed to a top face of the upper plate in an integrated forming mode, a filling port penetrating through the upper plate and the sealing movable plate is formed in the middle of the upper plate, connecting holes are formed in four corners of the upper plate, an assembling groove is formed in a bottom face of the lower plate, connecting pins are arranged at four corners of a bottom face of the upper plate, the positions of the connecting pins correspond to the positions of the connecting holes, the upper plate and the lower plate are fixed together through the effect of the connecting pins, and a plate core is fixed into the assembling groove formed in the bottom face of the upper plate through bolts. By means of the structural design between the upper plate and the lower plate, overall thickness of the wood-plastic floor formed by the upper plate and the lower plate can be finely adjusted, and therefore even if the wood-plastic floor is laid on the uneven ground, flatness of the surface formed by the wood-plastic floor can be guaranteed.
