The invention provides a wood plastic floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The wood plastic floor includes a wood-fiber composite base body layer, a decorating layer, an abrasion-resisting layer, a UV coating and an antibacterial coating, wherein the decorating layer is located above the wood-fiber composite base body layer, the abrasion-resisting layer is located above the decorating layer, the UV coating is coated on the abrasion-resisting layer, the antibacterial coating is coated on the UV coating, the wood-fiber composite base body layer is formed by adopting a rolling method, and the material for the wood-fiber composite base body layer is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride powder, 8-9 parts of a plasticizer, 5-6 parts of silicone powder, 300-350 parts of wood-fiber powder and 1-10 parts of a stabilizer. By the adoption of the wood plastic floor and the manufacturing method of the wood plastic floor, the shortcomings that wood floors are easily prone to water-absorbent expansion, cracking and deformation, composite wood floors contain formaldehyde and pollute the environment, and the like can be overcome, and meanwhile the bactericidal effect can be played.
