The invention discloses a rotary wall building device for a prefabricated building. The rotary wall building device comprises a rotary wall building module, a chain conveying module, a movable lifting trolley and a feeding module. The feeding module is arranged at the input end of the chain conveying module, and the rotary wall building module is arranged at the output end of the chain conveying module. The chain conveying module and the feeding module are driven by the movable lifting trolley to synchronously and horizontally move or synchronously ascend and descend. The rotary wall building module comprises a lateral slurry coating station, a brick multi-station processing module and a bottom surface slurry coating station. The lateral slurry coating station is arranged at the end, away from the chain conveying module, of a rotary wall building module rack assembly. The bottom surface slurry coating station is arranged at the top of the rotary wall building module rack assembly. The brick multi-station processing module comprises a brick clamping device and is driven by the rotary wall building module rack assembly to rotate. The whole process of brick conveying, slurry coating and wall building in the production process of the fabricated building is automatic and efficient.
