The invention relates to a full-automatic door opening and closing device. Obliquely upward sliding grooves are formed in supporting plates on the two sides of a frame, a lifting in-out unit is arranged on sliding rails and can move up and down, and a driving unit is in driving connection with the lifting in-out unit and can drive the lifting in-out unit to move up and down along the sliding rails; shafts are installed on fixing blocks on the two sides of a door plate of the automatic door, the shafts are sleeved with check ring bearings, bearing connecting pieces and second bearings, first bearings are arranged at outer ends of the bearing connecting pieces, and follow-up plates are installed on the bearing connecting pieces; a guide rail and a cylinder are mounted on a mounting plate of the lifting in-out unit, a sliding block is arranged on the guide rail, a piston rod of the cylinder is in driving connection with the sliding block, a sliding block plate is connected to the sliding block, a driving plate is fixed to a lower portion of the sliding block plate, and the cylinder can drive the sliding block plate and the driving plate to move left and right; an automatic door baffle used for limiting an overturning angle of the door plate is installed on the frame. The device is advantaged in that collision between doors when opening and closing the doors is avoided, a lifting in-out unit is small and exquisite in structure, and a large amount of space is saved on the premise that the use requirement is met.
