The invention relates to a fly ash treatment device suitable for a waste incineration power plant and belongs to the field of resource utilization. The fly ash treatment device comprises a shell, an ash filtering cloth bag, a gas filtering assembly, a residue filtering cylinder, an ash inflow pipe, a liquid outflow pipe, a residue discharging pipe and an air outflow pipe; the interior of the shell is divided into a dissolving chamber, an ash collecting chamber, an ash filtering chamber and an air filtering chamber; the ash filtering cloth bag is arranged in the ash filtering chamber and is communicated with the ash inflow pipe through the ash collecting chamber; the gas filtering assembly is arranged in the air filtering chamber and is communicated with the air outflow pipe; the residue filtering cylinder is arranged in the dissolving chamber and is communicated with the residue discharging pipe; and the liquid outflow pipe is communicated with the dissolving chamber. The fly ash treatment device further comprises a cleaning assembly; the cleaning assembly is arranged on the periphery of the ash filtering cloth bag. The cleaning assembly is arranged, so that the fly ash collecting efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the effect of cleaning the ash filtering cloth bag is achieved, and the fly ash and gas separation effect is guaranteed; a fly ash treatment assembly is arranged to accelerate mixing and dissolving of fly ash and a dissolving solution, so that the extraction efficiency of inorganic salt is improved; and the the gas filtering assembly is adopted, the action time of gas and a gas filtering plate is prolonged, so that the gas filtering effect is good, and air pollution is reduced.
