The invention relates to a leachate collecting device suitable for a waste incineration power plant. The leachate collecting device comprises a collecting box body, and the top of the collecting box body is provided with a detachable collecting box top cover and a leachate inlet used for being connected with a leachate collecting hopper; a leachate down-flow pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the collecting box body, one end of the leachate down-flow pipeline is communicated with an inner cavity of the collecting box body, and the other end of the leachate down-flow pipeline is used for being connected with a leachate collecting pipe; internal filter screen holes are formed in an inlet of the leachate down-flow pipeline; the collecting box body is provided with a built-in collecting box, and the built-in collecting box is located below the percolate inlet; the built-in collection box is of a mesh structure and is used for first-stage filtration of impurities in the leachate; the internal filter screen holes are used for second-stage filtration of impurities in the leachate; and the filtered percolate flows into the percolate collecting pipe through the percolate downflow pipeline. The device has the advantages of being good in sealing performance, seepage-proof, anti-blocking and easy to clean, and can be widely applied to incinerator leachate collection systems of waste incineration power plants.
