Alpha-alumina carrier, preparation method thereof, silver catalyst and method for producing ethylene oxide through ethylene epoxidation
The invention belongs to the field of silver catalysts, and relates to an alpha-alumina carrier, a preparation method thereof, a silver catalyst and a method for producing ethylene oxide through ethylene epoxidation. The method comprises the following steps: I) obtaining a solid mixture comprising the following components: a) alpha-Al2O3 with a particle size of 10-30 [mu] m; b) alpha-Al2O3 with a particle size of 1 to 3 [mu] m; c) low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone; d) burnout of the lubricating material; e) a silicon-containing compound; f) a zirconium-containing compound; iI) adding water into the solid mixture obtained in the step I) for kneading and extrusion molding; and III) drying the sample green body obtained in the step II), and roasting to obtain the alpha-Al2O3 carrier. Compared with the prior art, the silver catalyst prepared from the carrier provided by the invention has the advantages of high activity and high selectivity on the reaction of producing ethylene oxide through ethylene oxidation.
本发明属于银催化剂领域,涉及一种α‑氧化铝载体及其制备方法和银催化剂及乙烯环氧化生产环氧乙烷的方法。该方法包括如下步骤:I)获得包含以下组分的固体混合物:a)粒度为10~30μm的α‑A12O3;b)粒度为1~3μm的α‑A12O3;c)低分子量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;d)可燃尽润滑材料;e)含硅化合物;f)含锆化合物;Ⅱ)向步骤I)的固体混合物中加入水进行捏合、挤条成型;Ⅲ)干燥步骤Ⅱ)中得到的样品生坯,焙烧,制得α‑A12O3载体。与现有技术相比,根据本发明提供的载体制成的银催化剂对乙烯氧化生产环氧乙烷的反应,具有活性和选择性高的优点。
