The invention relates to a polishing-free glaze, a ceramic tile and a preparation method of the ceramic tile. The polishing-free glaze is prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 40 percent to 49 percent of SiO2, 14 percent to 20 percent of Al2O3, 3 percent to 7 percent of MgO, 4 percent to 10 percent of CaO, 1.2 percent to 5.5 percent of Na2O, 3 percent to 5 percent of K2O, 0.01 percent to 0.3 percent of ZrO2, 0.1 percent to 1 percent of Fe2O3, 2 percent to 4 percent of ZnO, 2.1 percent to 4.3 percent of P2O and 6 percent to 10 percent of BaO. A glaze layer formed by the polishing-free glaze is flat, high in Mohs hardness, high in breaking strength, low in water absorption and excellent in mechanical property. Meanwhile, the glaze layer is high in color development capacity, soft in light gloss, free of strong reflection, mild in hand feeling, capable of giving people soft, quiet and comfortable feelings, good in anti-fouling performance and anti-skid performance, low in production cost and easy to manufacture.
