The invention discloses lightweight plastering gypsum and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight plastering gypsum comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 105-700 parts of desulfurized building gypsum and 90-130 parts of glass beads, additives comprising 0.01-0.74 part of a composite retarder and 2.0-3.0 parts of a composite water-retaining agent, and the raw materials or further comprise 1-700 parts of semi-dry desulfurized ash and 1-210 parts of a filler. By selecting the raw materials and additives of the light plastering gypsum and optimizing the formula, the light plastering gypsum meeting the performance requirements of GB/T 28627-2012 Plastering Gypsum is prepared, the production cost is reduced, and the resource utilization level of solid wastes such as the semi-dry desulfurization ash of a power plant is improved at the same time; al2O3 and SiO2 in the semi-dry desulfurization ash react with Ca (OH) 2 to generate C-S-H and ettringite, so that the strength and the water resistance of the light plastering gypsum can be improved.
本发明公开了一种轻质抹灰石膏及其制备方法,按照重量份计原材料包括脱硫建筑石膏105–700份、玻化微珠90–130份,外加剂包括复合缓凝剂0.01–0.74份、复合保水剂2.0–3.0份,原材料或还包括半干法脱硫灰1–700份、填料1–210份。本发明通过对轻质抹灰石膏的原材料和外加剂的选择和配方优化,制备出满足GB/T 28627‑2012《抹灰石膏》性能要求的轻质抹灰石膏,降低生产成本的同时提高电厂半干法脱硫灰等固废的资源化利用水平,半干法脱硫灰中Al2O3、SiO2与Ca(OH)2反应生成C‑S‑H与钙矾石还可以提高轻质抹灰石膏的强度与耐水性能。
