Lightweight plastering gypsum powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses lightweight plastering gypsum powder, which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 15 to 20 parts of lightweight aggregate, 15 to 30 parts of fine sand, 0.1 to 0.3 part of water-retaining agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of water reducing agent, 0.6 to 0.9 part of retarder and 0.1 to 0.4 part of air entraining agent. The lightweight aggregate is 55-65-mesh silicate glass microspheres, the water absorption rate of the volume of the silicate glass microspheres is not greater than 40%, and the bulk density is not greater than 100 kg/m < 3 >. The water-retaining agent is any one of methyl cellulose ether, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl cellulose ether or cyanoethyl cellulose ether. The retarder is formed by mixing any one or two of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate or bone glue protein. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the light plastering gypsum powder. The light plastering gypsum powder provided by the invention is small in volume density and high in application value.
