The invention relates to a composition board with a heat preservation function and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of energy-saving material boards. The composite board comprises a supporting body and a cavity in the supporting body, the cavity is filled with a modified polyurethane foaming material, and the supporting body is made of a cement-based organic and inorganic thermal insulation material. On one hand, the thermal insulation accelerant is introduced into the cement-based material, so that the material has excellent flame retardance, and the modified polypropylene fibers are introduced, so that the material has excellent compressive strength; on the other hand, the flame-retardant auxiliary agent is introduced into the modified polyurethane foaming material, the defect that the polyurethane foaming material is inflammable is overcome, and foaming polyurethane contains a large number of bubbles and has the excellent heat preservation characteristic, so that the modified polyurethane foaming material has the excellent heat preservation performance and the flame-retardant characteristic. Therefore, the composition board provided by the invention has excellent thermal insulation performance and has the advantages of low combustion and small smoke amount during combustion.
