The embodiment of the invention discloses a full-bonding anchor rod construction method, which comprises the following steps: anchor rod drilling, anchor rod processing, anchor rod mounting and grouting, and the grouting steps are as follows: the speed of a slurrying stirrer is 1400-2500 revolutions/min, water is firstly discharged and the stirrer is started during slurrying, then cement is doped according to a water-cement ratio, the materials are uniformly stirred and poured into a slurry storage barrel, and the slurry storage barrel is filled with slurry; stirring blades of a stirring wheel of the slurry storage barrel are required to stir at the speed of 50-100 revolutions per minute, and after the slurry is stored to reach the grouting amount of one hole, a grouting pipe is connected for grouting; a grouting pipe is a phi22 polyethylene pipe, reverse normal-pressure grout is adopted from the bottom of a hole, the standard that the hole does not exhaust any more and thick grout overflows from the hole is adopted as grouting completion, and grout is supplemented to the hole half an hour after grouting is completed; according to the method, random sampling is carried out each time of grouting, no less than 1 group is carried out when the number of grouting each time exceeds 30 anchor rods, and meanwhile no less than 6 test blocks are carried out in each group, under the soil quality condition of slope soil, the construction quality of the anchor rods is improved, a permanent slope protection system is formed, and follow-up construction of high-density buildings is facilitated.
本发明实施例公开一种全粘结锚杆施工方法,包括以下步骤:锚杆钻孔→锚杆加工→锚杆安装→注浆,注浆步骤如下:制浆搅拌机速度为1400~2500转/min,制浆时先放水,启动搅拌机,再按水灰比掺入水泥,搅拌均匀后倒入储浆桶内,储浆桶搅拌轮叶片应以50~100转/min速度搅动,待浆液储够一孔的注浆量后,接入注浆管注浆;注浆管为Φ22的聚乙烯管,采用从孔底反向常压浆,以孔口不再排气且孔口浆液溢出浓浆作为注浆结束的标准,在注浆完后半小时孔口补浆;每注浆次随机取样,当每次注浆数超过30根锚杆时不少于1组,同时每组试块不少于6个,本发明在坡积土的土质条件下,提高锚杆的施工质量,形成永久护坡体系,方便后续施工较高密度的建筑。
