The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage pipeline construction, and particularly relates to a sewage pipeline construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, performing pipeline selection verification and pipeline entry; s2, secondly, a groove for pipeline laying is excavated; s3, a pipeline is laid in the groove dug in the previous step; s4, connection between adjacent pipelines and pipeline deformation control are carried out; s5, the pipeline and the inspection well are connected and backfilled; through the steps from S1 to S5, independent operation methods are used for calibrating links such as pipeline selection and verification, pipeline entering, pipeline excavation and groove and foundation laying, adjacent pipeline connection, backfilling and deformation control of adjacent pipeline connection in the sewage pipeline construction process through a systematic operation method; and therefore, the pipeline construction method is standard in process, and the phenomena of easy damage and easy water seepage during later sewage pipeline application are avoided on the basis of construction.
