The prefabricated module comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a top plate and a second side plate which are connected in sequence; a groove or a notch is formed in the vertex angle part of the first side plate and/or the second side plate, and a part of a first stirrup of the prefabricated module is located in the groove or the notch; and/or the bottom corner part of the first side plate and/or the second side plate is provided with a groove or a notch, and one part of the first stirrup of the prefabricated module is located in the groove or the notch. The invention further relates to a connecting structure of the prefabricated module and a construction method of the connecting structure. Connection of the upper prefabricated module and the lower prefabricated module becomes very simple and reliable, rapid stacking and assembling of the prefabricated modules are facilitated, and the construction efficiency of a modular building is improved advantageously.
