The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring, and discloses an ultrahigh girder construction joint construction structure which comprises a girder body, a construction joint is formed in the middle of the girder body, a plurality of supporting ribs are arranged at the top in the construction joint, and a pair of inner side formworks are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of the supporting ribs, of the top in the construction joint. A plurality of long adjusting rods are arranged between the pair of inner side formworks, and each long adjusting rod is connected with the pair of inner side formworks through an adjusting assembly. A pair of outer side formworks are arranged on the two sides of the top face of the girder body and located on the outer sides of the pair of inner side formworks, and a plurality of square wood columns are arranged on the outer side face of each outer side formwork. The invention further discloses a construction method of the ultrahigh girder construction joint construction structure. Through cooperative use of all the assemblies, concrete slurry leakage at the position of a construction joint can be effectively avoided, a large amount of manpower and material resources consumed for later slurry cleaning are reduced, the stability of formwork supporting is improved, and the concrete construction quality is guaranteed.
