The invention relates to the technical field of box girder construction, and particularly discloses a UHPC box girder bridge joint structure which comprises at least four wire feeders, at least three fixed pulleys and at least four wire clamping seats, the wire feeders and the fixed pulleys are fixedly installed on the inner wall of one end of a box girder hole and are arranged in a staggered mode, and the wire clamping seats are fixedly installed on the inner wall of the other end of the box girder hole and are arranged in a staggered mode. The wire clamping seats and the wire feeders are arranged in the same length direction of the box girder, the wire winders are installed on the inner wall of the box girder hole, the wire winders are provided with steel cables, the steel cables sequentially penetrate through all the wire feeders and the fixed pulleys and return into the wire winders, the wire feeders can stretch out and draw back to tightly support the steel cables, locking structures are installed in the wire feeders, and when the locking structures are opened, the wire feeders are locked by the locking structures.
