本发明提出一种砌筑抹浆器及使用方法，包括包括定位滑轨和抹浆器，定位滑轨包括定位装置和滑轨装置，定位装置安设于滑轨装置的内侧底部位置，承托滑轨装置，滑轨装置包括左滑轨座和右滑轨座，其上设有滑槽；抹浆器包括左滑动支杆、右滑动支杆、调节杆和刮板组件，左、右滑动支杆底部分别与滑槽相匹配，调节杆一端固定于左滑动支杆上，另一端穿过右滑动支杆通过螺母定位，刮板组件安设于调节杆上，本发明在有效距离内实现砂浆的均匀涂抹，并能使砌体与砂浆有效接触，避免空鼓现象，并能够有效控制灰缝厚度，从而保证砌体同排的顺直度，严格实现规范要求内的灰缝。
