The invention discloses roadbed construction equipment utilizing coal gangue mixed materials. The roadbed construction equipment comprises a cart, wherein a first pushing handle and a second pushing handle are mounted at the tops of the two sides of the cart correspondingly; a storage partition plate and a stirring box are arranged in the cart; a material box and a water tank are arranged on the storage partition plate; two first traveling wheels and two second traveling wheels are mounted on the two sides of the bottom surface of the trolley; a pressing roller is installed between the two second walking wheels through a first transmission shaft. A crushing and pressing assembly is further installed below the second pushing handle. Two discharge ports are formed in the bottom of the stirring box, one discharge port is limited between the first walking wheel and the second walking wheel, and the other discharge port is limited below the first pushing handle; a pressing plate assembly is further arranged on the bottom face of the trolley. The coal gangue mixture is preliminarily crushed and stirred for filling through preliminary stirring; and then the crushing and pressing assembly is matched with secondary slurry supplementing and a pressing roller to make the road surface smooth.
