The invention discloses a preparation method of a core-shell structure microgel concrete internal curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a first solution and a second solution; 2, mixing the first solution and the second solution under the protection of nitrogen; step 3, adding an accelerant into the mixed solution, stirring at a constant temperature, standing, and washing and drying a precipitate after standing to obtain white powder; 4, adding the white powder into ammonia water, and fully swelling to obtain a swelled substance; 5, adding the swelled substance into the first solution, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a dispersion liquid; step 6, mixing n-heptane and an oxide precursor, adding the mixture into the dispersion liquid, violently stirring, and standing; and 7, washing and drying the precipitate to obtain the concrete internal curing agent. The concrete internal curing agent prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is in a regular microsphere shape, is not easy to agglomerate after absorbing water, is easy to uniformly disperse in cement, is relatively high in water absorption rate and water retention rate, and has an obvious improvement effect on the compressive strength performance of cement paste.
本发明公开了一种核壳结构微凝胶混凝土内养护剂的制备方法,包括:步骤一,制备第一溶液和第二溶液;步骤二,在氮气保护下,将第一溶液和所述第二溶液混合;步骤三,向混合液中加入促进剂,恒温搅拌后静置,静置后的沉淀物经洗涤干燥得到白色粉末;步骤四,取白色粉末加入到氨水中充分溶胀,得到溶胀物;步骤五,将溶胀物加入第一溶液中均匀分散,得到分散液;步骤六,将正庚烷和氧化物前驱体混合后加入到分散液中,剧烈搅拌后静置;步骤七,将沉淀物洗涤、干燥,得到混凝土内养护剂。本发明方法制备的混凝土内养护剂呈规则微球状,吸水后不易团聚,在水泥中易均匀分散,吸水倍率、保水率较高,对水泥净浆抗压强度性能具有明显的改善作用。
