The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to abrasion-resistant ultra-high performance concrete. Waste composite material broken particles are subjected to surface modification and shaping, waste composite material particle aggregate for concrete is prepared, the aggregate is used for preparing the abrasion-resistant ultra-high-performance concrete, and raw materials comprise cement, fly ash microspheres, silica fume, the composite material broken particle aggregate, steel fibers, synthetic fibers, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent and water. The water cement ratio is 0.16 to 0.18. The concrete has excellent working performance, mechanical performance, crack resistance and abrasion resistance, and can be used for water flow erosion and debris flow impact parts such as ship locks, galleries, dams, piers and the like of hydraulic structures. Meanwhile, the invention develops a new method for recycling the waste composite material, and has important significance on solid waste recycling and environmental protection.
