The invention discloses ultra-high-performance impact-wear-resistant concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight per cubic meter of concrete: 290 to 330 kg/m < 3 > of low-heat Portland cement, 8.5 to 12.5 kg/m < 3 > of metakaolin, 25 to 35 kg/m < 3 > of pumice powder, 738 to 765 kg/m < 3 > of basalt sand, 1200 to 1350 kg/m < 3 > of basalt aggregate, 1.2 to 3.6 kg/m < 3 > of basalt chopped fiber, 0.12 to 0.32 kg/m < 3 > of beta-cyclodextrin, 0.05 to 0.15 kg/m < 3 > of graphene oxide, 2.58 to 3.65 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent and the balance of water. According to the ultra-high-performance abrasion-resistant concrete researched and developed by adopting the scheme, the concept of air entraining of traditional concrete is abandoned, an air entraining agent is not doped in the formula, and novel abrasion-resistant concrete with high strength, high compactness, strong durability, low cracking property and strong abrasion resistance is formed by virtue of chemical reactions and synergistic effects among the components of the materials.
本发明公开了一种超高性能抗冲磨混凝土,其原材料占比以每方混凝土重量来计,包括以下组分的原材料:低热硅酸盐水泥290~330kg/m3,偏高岭土8.5~12.5kg/m3,浮石粉25~35kg/m3,玄武岩砂738~765kg/m3,玄武岩骨料1200~1350kg/m3,玄武岩短切纤维1.2~3.6kg/m3,β‑环糊精0.12~0.32kg/m3,氧化石墨烯0.05~0.15kg/m3,减水剂2.58~3.65kg/m3,以及余量水。采用本方案研发的超高性能抗冲磨混凝土,摒弃传统混凝土引气的概念,在配方中未掺入引气剂,依靠材料各组分之间的化学反应和协同作用,形成具有高强度、高密实性、强耐久性、低开裂性、强抗冲磨能力的新型抗冲磨混凝土。
