The full-coal-gangue quick-hardening early-strength concrete is prepared from slag, coal ash, NaOH, water glass, water, coal gangue micro powder, fine coal gangue particles, coarse coal gangue particles and a water reducing agent. According to the invention, an advanced cementing technology is applied, coal gangue powder is used for replacing a cementing material and an exciting agent in an isometric manner, and coarse and fine coal gangue particles are used for completely replacing concrete gravel aggregate, so that the full-coal gangue quick-hardening early-strength concrete is prepared, waste is turned into wealth, and the economic value of coal gangue is remarkably improved; and the safety, economic and social problems caused by coal gangue accumulation of coal mine enterprises are relieved and even eliminated, operation is easy, cost is low, and the method has wide application prospects under the background of shortage of raw materials in the building material market.
