Quick-hardening early-strength sulphoaluminate cement concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses quick-hardening early-strength sulphoaluminate cement concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials: a cementing material, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, a retarder, an early strength agent and water, the concrete can be rapidly coagulated in a short time and generate high early strength so as to meet the requirements of rapid repairing, production efficiency acceleration and the like, and has good durability. Wherein the sulphoaluminate cement is selected as a main cementing material, and can help the concrete to quickly set and harden in an early stage, so that relatively high strength is established, and the defect of slow development of early strength of ordinary Portland cement is effectively avoided. Meanwhile, compared with ordinary Portland cement, the sulphoaluminate cement is low-energy-consumption cement and meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. Liquid triethanolamine is selected as an early strength agent, and the early strength of the concrete is further improved by utilizing the characteristic of accelerating cement hydration; through the synergistic effect of the sulphoaluminate cement and the liquid triethanolamine early strength agent, the early strength of the concrete within 8 hours can reach 35 MPa or above at most, the later strength is not reduced, the durability is good, and the concrete can be used in the field of rapid repair to rapidly recover traffic.
本发明公开了一种快硬早强硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土,原料包含胶凝材料、粗骨料、细骨料、减水剂、缓凝剂、早强剂、水;能在短时间内快速凝结并产生较高的早期强度,以满足快速修补、加速生产效率等要求,同时具有良好耐久性能。其中,选用硫铝酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,在早期就能帮助混凝土快速凝结硬化,从而建立较高的强度,有效规避了普通硅酸盐水泥早期强度发展慢的缺点。同时,相较于普通硅酸盐水泥,硫铝酸盐水泥是一种低能耗水泥,符合节能环保要求。选用液态三乙醇胺作为早强剂,利用其加速水泥水化的特点,进一步提高混凝土早期强度;通过硫铝酸盐水泥与液态三乙醇胺早强剂协同作用,混凝土8h早期强度最高可达35MPa以上,且后期强度不倒缩,耐久性良好,可在快速修补领域使用,迅速恢复交通。
