A driving assembly is arranged on the top plate, a supporting anti-skid assembly is arranged at the top of the driving assembly, a worker pushes the equipment to a position where the equipment needs to work, the worker can start an air cylinder and a piston rod to drive a supporting plate to move, and the supporting plate makes contact with a bridge in the moving process; and after positioning is completed, when vibration is generated, limiting connection is conducted through first limiting rods and second limiting rods, sliding connection is conducted through sliding blocks in sliding grooves, damping is conducted on the bridge through damping springs, and therefore limiting connection is conducted while building is conducted, and the device is more user-friendly and convenient to adjust.
