The invention relates to a slot type connecting method for a prefabricated pier and a bearing platform. The method comprises the bearing platform (2) and the prefabricated pier (1). A groove is defined by a steel plate (3) in the center of the top of the bearing platform (2), and meanwhile a longitudinal reserved hole (6) and a transverse reserved hole (5) are formed in the steel plate (3). When a pier body is prefabricated, reserved holes (4) are formed in the prefabricated pier (1) and correspond to the longitudinal reserved holes (6) and the transverse reserved holes (5), and super-strong bolts (7) are inserted into the reserved holes (4) to connect the prefabricated pier (1) and the longitudinal reserved holes (6) and the transverse reserved holes (5) into a whole. After the prefabricated bridge pier (1) is inserted into a groove defined by the steel plates (3) at the top of the bearing platform (2), super-strong bolts (7) are inserted into the reserved holes, and then gaps are filled with high-strength cement mortar (8) for fixing. The prefabricated pier (1) and the bearing platform (2) are quickly connected.
