The invention discloses a fabricated thin-wall concrete-filled steel tube pier system and a construction process thereof. The system comprises a bearing platform, a concrete-filled steel tube column and a prefabricated cover beam. A hollow section is arranged at the upper end of the concrete filled steel tubular column, a positioning end plate is welded to the lower end of the concrete filled steel tubular column, and a plurality of positioning grooves I in the positioning end plate are matched with the positioning screws I. The lower end of the concrete-filled steel tube column is sleeved with column foot encased steel, and the column foot encased steel is filled with concrete. A plurality of anchoring steel bars II and positioning screws II are pre-buried in the lower surface of the prefabricated cover beam, and the prefabricated cover beam is provided with a plurality of reserved through holes. The upper end of the steel pipe concrete column is connected with a positioning outer ring plate, a plurality of positioning grooves II in the positioning outer ring plate are matched with positioning screw rods II, anchoring steel bars II are inserted into the hollow sections, and concrete I is cast into the reserved through holes and the hollow sections of the steel pipes.
