The invention discloses a construction method of an assembly type hollow interlayer concrete filled steel tube segment pier column, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing components: prefabricating pier column segments to be assembled, and preparing prestressed tendons and outer side energy consumption connecting parts in advance; the pier column sections to be assembled are hollow interlayer concrete filled steel tube prefabricated sections; step 2, field assembly: sequentially constructing the following steps on a construction site: anchoring one end of the prestressed tendon on a pier bearing platform; prestressed tendons sequentially penetrate through the centers of the prefabricated pier column sections to be assembled and are stacked; a pier cover beam is arranged on the surface of the top-layer hollow interlayer concrete filled steel tube section, and prestressed tendons are fixed; the prestressed tendons are tensioned and anchored; and an outer side energy dissipation connecting part is installed between every two adjacent pier column sections to be assembled, and then the process can be completed. According to the invention, the performance advantage of the combined structure and the construction advantage of prefabricating and splicing the segments are fully exerted, and the combined bridge pier has the characteristics of prominent dynamic load resistance and rapid construction, and is particularly suitable for popularization and application of such piers in high-intensity earthquake areas.
本发明公开了一种装配式中空夹层钢管混凝土节段墩柱的施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、准备构件:预制待装配墩柱节段,并预先准备预应力筋、外侧耗能连接部件;待装配墩柱节段为中空夹层钢管混凝土预制节段;步骤二、现场装配,在施工现场顺序施工下述步骤:将预应力筋的一端锚固于桥墩承台;将预制的待装配墩柱节段的中心依次穿过预应力筋并堆叠;将桥墩盖梁置于顶层中空夹层钢管混凝土节段表面并固定预应力筋;张拉预应力筋并锚固;在相邻的两节待装配墩柱节段之间安装外侧耗能连接部件,即可完成。本发明充分发挥了组合结构性能优势和节段预制拼装施工优势,具有抗动力荷载性能突出和快速施工的特点,特别适合于高烈度地震区该类桥墩的推广应用。
