Swivel construction method for asymmetric rigid frame bridge of overpass high-speed rail
The invention discloses a swivel construction method for an asymmetric rigid frame bridge of an over-crossing high-speed rail, which is applied to bridge body construction of the over-crossing high-speed rail and comprises the following steps of: erecting a multi-layer bracket system of a swivel box girder along the direction of the rail, and carrying out segmented pouring on the swivel box girder by adopting a bracket cast-in-place method to form a cantilever T-shaped bridge; a counter-force seat and a lower rotating traction system are installed on a lower bearing platform of the rotating body box girder, and an upper rotating traction system is installed on an upper bearing platform of the rotating body box girder; the lower rotating traction system comprises a lower rotating disc, an annular sliding way and a temporary locking device. The upper rotating traction system comprises an upper spherical hinge, a sliding piece and a supporting foot. The upper rotating traction system and the lower rotating traction system are driven, and the T-shaped bridge is rotated to a set position in a segmented speed reduction mode; and closure section cast-in-place is carried out after rotation. The multi-layer support system is adopted, rapid cast-in-place construction can be achieved, the T-shaped bridge is rotated to the set position in a segmented speed reduction rotation and inching rotation mode, and the installation efficiency and accuracy of a rotating body are improved.
本发明公开了一种上跨高铁不对称刚构桥转体施工方法,应用于横跨高铁的桥体施工,包括如下步骤:顺铁路方向搭设转体箱梁的多层支架系统,采用支架现浇法对转体箱梁进行分段浇筑,形成悬臂T构桥,在转体箱梁的下承台上安装反力座和下转动牵引系统,在转体箱梁的上承台上安装上转动牵引系统;所述下转动牵引系统包括下转盘、环形滑道、临时锁定装置,所述上转动牵引系统包括上球铰、滑动片和撑脚;驱动上转动牵引系统和下转动牵引系统,将T构桥分段降速旋转至设定位置;转体后进行合龙段现浇。本发明采用多层支架系统,可以实现快速现场浇筑施工,采用分段降速旋转和点动旋转的方式将T构桥旋转至设定位置,提高了转体的安装效率和准确度。
