The invention relates to a movable horizontal drainage system and a dredged sludge storage yard dynamic consolidation dehydration process based on the movable horizontal drainage system, a plurality of layers of horizontal drainage bodies are preset at the bottom of a sludge storage yard in advance before sludge is dredged and filled, and the horizontal drainage bodies placed at the bottom of the storage yard in advance are enabled to rise along with the rise of the sludge surface height of dredged and filled sludge by utilizing a linkage device; the purpose of dewatering the sludge in the hydraulic reclamation process is achieved; after hydraulic reclamation is finished, when a negative pressure technology is adopted for dehydration, an air pump is used for inflating or exhausting air into a linkage device connected with the horizontal drainage bodies, so that the horizontal drainage bodies on all layers move up and down periodically in the whole sludge storage yard at a certain speed; the position of the horizontal drainage body can be adjusted through a linkage device, and the problem that dehydration is not uniform in a traditional negative pressure dehydration technology is solved; the consolidation drainage efficiency can be improved, materials can be saved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种移动式水平排水体系及基于其的疏浚淤泥堆场动态固结脱水工艺,在吹填淤泥之前,提前在淤泥堆场底部预设若干层水平排水体,利用联动装置使提前放置在堆场底部的水平排水体上随吹填淤泥泥面高度的上升而上升,达到在吹填过程中对淤泥进行脱水处理目的;在吹填结束后,开始采用负压技术脱水时,利用充气泵向与水平排水体连接的联动装置充气或抽气,使各层水平排水体以一定的速率在整个淤泥堆场内部上、下周期移动;还可以通过联动装置实现水平排水体位置的调整,解决传统负压脱水技术脱水不均匀的问题;本发明不仅可以提高固结排水的效率,而且可以节省材料,降低造价。
