Self-weight multidirectional drainage system and method for high-water-content dredged mud storage yard
The invention relates to a self-weight multidirectional drainage system and method for a high-water-content dredged mud storage yard, which are suitable for a large-area high-water-content dredged mud storage yard. The method comprises the following steps that (1) before dredged mud enters a site, a bottom surface drainage system is built and comprises a sand cushion layer, filter cloth, a water catchment pipeline and the like; 2) arranging a radial drainage system which comprises a radial drainage long pipe and a radial drainage short pipe; and (3) surplus water on the surface of the storage yard is discharged in time through the radial drainage long pipe, and the space of 0.5 m surplus water depth and 0.5 m ultrahigh storm in the traditional storage yard design is saved, so that the dredged mud blow-filling height of the storage yard is increased. According to the method, the discharge rate of the free flowing rich water in the dredged mud is increased, the discharge flow of the free flowing rich water is increased, and the loose coefficient of the dredged mud is reduced. The discharge of surplus water on the surface of the storage yard and the reduction of free flowing water in the dredged mud greatly improve the effective utilization rate of the volume of the storage yard, and solve the problems of slow drainage rate and low space utilization rate of the dredged mud of the traditional storage yard.
本发明是一种高含水量疏浚泥堆场自重多向排水系统及方法,适用于大面积高含水量疏浚泥堆场。该方法包括以下步骤:1)在疏浚泥进场之前,搭建底面排水体系,包括砂垫层、滤布、汇水管线等;2)布设径向排水体系,包括径向排水长管及径向排水短管;3)通过径向排水长管及时排出堆场表面富裕水,节约传统堆场设计中富裕水深0.5m和风浪超高0.5m的空间,从而增加堆场疏浚泥吹填高度。本方法提高了疏浚泥中自由流动富裕水的排出速率,并且加大了自由流动富裕水的排出流量,降低疏浚泥松散系数。堆场表面富裕水的排出和疏浚泥泥中自由流动水的减少,大幅度提高堆场容积有效利用率,解决了传统堆场疏浚泥排水速率慢,空间利用率低的问题。
