The invention discloses an integrated self-adjusting urban gutter inlet sewage intercepting and initial rainwater discarding device. The device comprises a cast iron grate, stainless steel rotating shafts, aluminum alloy shutters, filter screens, a cuboid water tank, a trapezoidal water tank and a PVC pipe, wherein the stainless steel rotating shaft is embedded in one side, in the same direction, of each grating on the cast iron grate, an inner space is formed in each grating, the stainless steel rotating shafts are movably connected with the aluminum alloy shutters, each aluminum alloy shutter is of an arc-shaped structure, one side of each aluminum alloy shutter is heavy, the other side of each aluminum alloy shutter is light, the heavy side of each aluminum alloy shutter is located in the inner space of the corresponding grating, the light side is in contact with the other grating or a cast iron grate framework to form a closed structure, the trapezoidal water tank is arranged below the cast iron grate, the cuboid water tank is arranged inside the trapezoidal water tank, filter screens are arranged on the water tank walls of the two sides of the cuboid water tank, the positions of the trapezoidal water tank at the same height as the cuboid water tank are also provided with filter screens, the PVC pipe penetrating through the trapezoid water tank is arranged at the bottom of the cuboid water tank, and two sides of the trapezoidal water tank are externally connected with municipal sewage pipelines.
