The invention discloses a high formwork support anti-deviation device which comprises a foundation formwork transversely placed on a foundation to serve as a bottom supporting component of a high formwork support. The supporting vertical pipes are vertically arranged on the upper side of the foundation formwork side by side, the upper ends of the supporting vertical pipes are connected with a top formwork, and a plurality of positioning frames and jackets are arranged on the supporting vertical pipes at intervals in the length direction of the supporting vertical pipes; the supporting transverse pipes penetrate through the positioning frames at the same height on the supporting vertical pipes; the adjusting sleeves are arranged between the jackets at the same height on the adjacent supporting vertical pipes, the two ends of each adjusting sleeve are in threaded connection with a positive screw rod and a negative screw rod respectively, and the ends of the positive screw rods and the ends of the negative screw rods are connected with the corresponding jackets respectively. The anti-deviation device is good in locking effect, stress adjustment can be performed, and the problems that an existing anti-deviation device is poor in locking effect, cannot perform stress adjustment and is inconvenient to use are solved.
