An intelligent dynamic monitoring gas jacking construction method for a low-temperature storage tank vault comprises the steps that (1) a balance system, a sealing system and a fan system are installed; 2) installing a posture monitoring system; (3) carrying out gas jacking operation on the vault; and 4) fixed welding of the vault. According to the method, symmetrical balance is guaranteed by adopting an edge penetrating type vault balance technology, the overall stability of the vault during jacking is improved, and the jacking accuracy of the vault is improved. According to the method, a method for monitoring the posture of the storage tank dome is adopted, and reliable data support is provided for smooth jacking of the vault. According to the method, the anchoring point of the balance steel wire rope is arranged on the concrete bearing platform, the anchoring point is perpendicular to the T-shaped support, it is ensured that the steel wire rope and the anchoring point are in the vertical stress state, and the stress state of the steel wire rope in the jacking period is optimized.
