According to the invention, the defects in the prior art are overcome, the two ends of the two T-beams can be controlled to transversely move simultaneously, the jacking, pushing and beam falling processes can be automatically and continuously completed, the transverse moving process is stable and safe, rollover is not easy to occur, and the in-place precision is high.
