The outer surface of the organic material layer is coated with the 304 stainless steel layer, a notch is formed in the top of the 304 stainless steel layer, and the portions, on the left side and the right side of the notch, of the 304 stainless steel layer are coated with the organic material layer. The coating can be used for a long time and has good water resistance; the low-temperature transverse tensile characteristic is relatively prominent, so that the cable can be used in a low-temperature region; the whole window is low in heat transfer coefficient, the surface temperature of the hollow glass is most stable, and the heat insulation performance is excellent.
