The invention relates to a high-power aluminum shell resistor encapsulating material and a preparation method thereof, and the encapsulating material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20%-22% of organic silicon resin, 46%-50% of oxide, 6%-8% of talcum powder, 10%-12% of silica powder and 8%-12% of absolute ethyl alcohol. Compared with a cement resistor encapsulating material, the encapsulating material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of solubility resistance, capability of working in a high-temperature environment for a long time, environment friendliness, small expansion coefficient, relatively high insulativity and the like. The oxide is added into the organic silicon resin, so that the temperature resistance of the organic silicon resin is improved by 1.5 times; by adding the silica powder, the fluidity of the formula is improved, the alcohol organic solvent resistance of the product is improved, and the surface of the formula is not cracked when the alcohol solvent is dropwise added on the surface.
本发明涉及一种大功率铝壳电阻包封料及其制备方法,包封料由下述重量比的原料制成,有机硅树脂20%‑22%,氧化物46%‑50%,滑石粉6%‑8%,硅微粉10%‑12%,无水乙醇8%‑12%。本发明的包封料相比较水泥电阻包封料具有耐溶性,同时本包封料可以长期工作在高温环境下,具有环保、膨胀系数小,同时具有较高绝缘性等特点。本发明通过在有机硅树脂里面增加氧化物,将有机硅树脂耐温特性提升1.5倍;通过添加硅微粉在改善了配方流动性同时,提升了产品耐醇类有机溶剂的性能,在表面滴加醇类溶剂配方表面不会开裂。
