The invention discloses environment-friendly recycled concrete which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of Portland cement, 10-20 parts of recycled powder, 20-40 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 140-160 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 20-30 parts of EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) emulsion, 8-10 parts of clay, 3-5 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate and 15-20 parts of aluminum silicate ceramic fiber. The concrete prepared according to the formula and the implementation process thereof has the advantages of higher crack resistance, higher permeability resistance, stable performance and high mechanical strength, solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste concrete, effectively utilizes the recycled aggregate, and is more environment-friendly and practical.
本发明公开一种环保再生混凝土,主要有以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸盐水泥15‑25份、再生粉料10‑20份、再生细骨料20‑40份、再生粗骨料140‑160份、EVA乳液20‑30份、粘土8‑10份、木质素磺酸钠3‑5份、硅酸铝陶瓷纤维15‑20份。由该配方及其实施工艺制作而成的混凝土具有较强的抗裂性及抗渗透性,其性能稳定,机械强度高,在解决废旧混凝土造成环境污染的同时,有效利用再生骨料,更为环保实用。
