Environment-friendly green recycled concrete production method
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete production, and discloses an environment-friendly green recycled concrete production method which comprises the following steps: a pretreatment crushing stage; an aggregate screening stage; a strengthening treatment stage; a screening stage; a recycled aggregate performance improvement stage; and a recycled aggregate proportioning stage. According to the environment-friendly green recycled concrete production method, set cement which is poorly bonded with natural aggregate or set cement with cracks and the natural aggregate can be removed in a waste concrete pretreatment mode of manual sorting and crushing by a crusher, and the pretreated and crushed aggregate is fed into strengthening treatment equipment, so that the strength of the recycled concrete is enhanced, and the strength of the recycled concrete is enhanced. The surface of the recycled aggregate is rough, the friction coefficient between the aggregate and a set cement interface is increased, the friction force at the interface connecting position in the pressing process is increased, the strength of the recycled concrete is further improved, a bonding weak area is prevented from being generated between the recycled aggregate in the recycled concrete and new mortar, and the overall performance of the recycled concrete is prevented from being influenced.
本发明涉及混凝土生产技术领域,且公开了一种环保绿色再生混凝土生产方法,包括以下步骤:预处理破碎阶段;骨料筛分阶段;强化处理阶段;筛分阶段;再生骨料性能改善阶段;再生骨料配比阶段。该环保绿色再生混凝土生产方法,通过“人工分选分拣+破碎机粉碎”的废弃混凝土预处理方式,把与天然骨料粘结较差的水泥石,或已带有裂纹的水泥石和天然骨料都可除去,且通过将预处理破碎后的骨料送入强化处理设备的内部,使得再生骨料表面粗糙,增大了骨料与水泥石界面间的摩擦系数,使受压过程中界面连接处摩擦力增大,进一步提高了再生混凝土的强度,防止再生混凝土中再生骨料与新砂浆间产生粘结薄弱区,避免再生混凝土整体性能受到影响。
