The invention discloses a self-propelled road and bridge surveying device for civil engineering, comprising: a body, in which a mounting cavity is formed; the moving assembly comprises four rotating rods which are symmetrically, horizontally and rotatably mounted on the left cavity wall and the right cavity wall of the mounting cavity respectively, four rollers and a transmission part used for controlling the rotating rods to rotate; the locking assembly comprises two placement plates fixedly installed on the surface of the rolling wheel and two spring rods fixedly installed on the two placement plates correspondingly, a through groove is formed in the end, stretching out of the machine body, of the rotating rod, and two locking openings allowing the ends of the two spring rods to stretch in correspondingly are formed in the surface of the rotating rod; and the two spring rods are fixedly sleeved with moving plates. And through mutual cooperation of two spring rods, two locking openings and two moving plates in the locking assembly, the roller and the rotating rod can be quickly assembled and disassembled, the tedious step of using a screw and nut fixing piece is avoided, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
