The device comprises a survey vehicle, a first wheel set, a second wheel set and a rollover plate, a moving part is embedded in the center of the bottom of the survey vehicle; the moving part and the survey vehicle are telescopically connected through an electric telescopic rod; the electric telescopic rod is arranged in the survey vehicle; a bulge is arranged at the bottom of the moving part; a high-definition camera is embedded in the front side of the bulge; laser range finders are embedded in the front side and the two sides of the connecting part; a plurality of groups of equidistant heat dissipation holes are formed in the center of the base surface of the survey vehicle; LED lamps are embedded in the two sides of the heat dissipation holes correspondingly, a gradienter is embedded in the center of one side of the survey vehicle, two sets of throughholes are formed in the two sides of the survey vehicle correspondingly, the two sets of through holes are formed in the two sides of the gradienter correspondingly, and the whole device is simple instructure and extremely high in safety and has a certain popularization effect.
