The embodiment of the invention provides a tower mast damping device and a tower mast. The tower mast damping device comprises a shell and a damping device, wherein the shell is used for being fixedly connected with a main body part of a tower mast; the supporting assembly is located in the shell and arranged in the vertical direction, and the bottom end of the supporting assembly is fixedly connected with the bottom face of the shell. The mass assembly is located in the shell and connected with the supporting assembly. The distance between the mass assembly and the bottom face of the shell can be adjusted. At least two springs are horizontally arranged between the mass assembly and the inner side wall of the shell and symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the mass assembly. The invention further provides a tower mast. The tower mast comprises a main body part and the tower mast damping device. According to the tower mast vibration reduction device, the frequency of the tower mast vibration reduction device can be adjusted to any value within a certain range by replacing the springs and adjusting the distance between the mass assembly and the bottom face of the shell.
