The present invention relates to a mast assembly for a tower crane, which is provided with mast fastening means provided on upper and lower ends of a mast, and fastened to the mast on both outer sides and an inner center of the mast by bolts so that bolt fastening points are combined without being separated during the manufacture thereof, thereby reinforcing fastening power, in particular, the mast fastening means are manufactured as a single mast fastening means, thereby improving productivity, and workability when the mast assembly is welded to the mast. To this end, the mast assembly for a tower crane in which masts are disposed in all directions, and coupled by a support angle. A fastening plate is provided to be placed on upper and lower ends of the mast; the fastening plate includes an outer portion protruding both outer sides of the mast, and an inner portion protruding to an inner center of the mast; fastening holes are punched to the outer portion and the inner portion, respectively, to fasten stacked masts by bolts; and both outer sides of the mast, the outer portion, both inner sides of the mast and the inner portion have an outer welding portion and an inner welding portion welded thereto.
본 발명은 마스트의 상하단에 마스트 체결수단을 마련하되, 상기 체결수단은 마스트의 외측 양쪽과 내측 중앙에서 볼트 체결할 수 있도록 함으로써, 볼트 체결지점이 분리제작되지 않고 일체로 결합되어 있으므로 체결력이 강화되며, 특히 상기 체결수단이 하나로 제작되므로 생산성이 향상되고, 또한 상기 마스트에 용접할때 작업성이 편리한 타워크레인용 마스트조립체에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 마스트를 사방으로 배치하고 지지앵글로 결합한 타워크레인용 마스트조립체를 구성함에 있어서, 상기 마스트의 상,하단에 놓이는 체결판이 구비되고; 상기 체결판에는 상기 마스트의 외부 양측으로 돌출되는 외측부 및 상기 마스트의 내부 중앙으로 돌출되는 내측부로 구성되며; 상기 외측부 및 내측부에는 적층되는 마스트를 볼트 체결하기 위한 체결구멍이 각각 천공되고; 그리고 상기 마스트의 외부 양측면과 상기 외측부 및 상기 마스트의 내부 양측면과 상기 내측부들은 용접으로 결합된 외측용접부 및 내측용접부가 형성되는 특징이 있다.
